Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
• Standard Shipping — $8.00: available on orders below $70. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after processing.
• Free Standard Shipping: automatically available on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping — $15.00: estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.

Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.

Refused or Returned Packages
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, refusal of delivery, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
